Siamo state bene, abbiamo trovato una persona che ci ha accolte con grande professionalità e gentilezza ed è stata veramente molto disponibile: abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento la sera prima del giorno del check-out e ci ha raggiunte alle dieci di sera per permetterci di farlo.

Abbiamo trovato le porte sporche e un po' di polvere. Questa è l'unica nota negativa, migliorabile.

While there where 2 toilets both where beside each other with no solid walls between them.

A nice and spacious apartment that met all the needs of our family of five. Lovely rooftop terrace. The apartment was well located, close to the beach, pedestrian street, and restaurants.

Spacious cozy apartment with a great big terrace, one can even see the sea from it. We felt really good there. Kitchen is fully equipped, also with a coffee machine :) Great location, close walk to the sea, various restaurants around, shopping options, train stop to Rome is 10 min away. You can also take a bus around the corner to get to Ostia Antica.

There were some minor things, but they didn't cause any big discomfort.

This spacious apartment is perfectly located for tourists interested in both visiting Rome and living the Italian seaside resort experience. It features a magnificent terrace and has all the amenities a family needs. The beds are good quality, and the hosts are gracious and friendly.

I can only think of one thing: the bad smell in the bathrooms early in the mornings, but that seems to be more of a systemic issue in Italian cities and not something the hosts can control. That smell would be gone after a couple of hours, which coincided with people in the building starting to use their toilets. This was an issue in all of our previous stays in Italy.
