The beach is starting to disappear, so there are sea defences on the beach to try and keep the sand and beach in place.

Do NOT book this during festival days like Deepavali, Hari Raja or Chinese new year. You think it's gonna be nice but trust me it won't. Some orang India yang berdarah gila tidak berotak from level 6 had much fun throwing firework on our balcony at night while we were sleeping. Honestly it almost gave me a heart attack. When I friendly went to their door they seronok mengganggu saya. Just imagine how you would feel. It ruined our whole stay and it took us a day to recover from this traumstic experience. If you still feel to book after reading this do bring some ear plugs. Also do NOT book during rainy days or storm. No use going to the beach with thunder or high waves.

The block B is isolated hardly anyone..creepy. The parking card not working. Everytime going in and out we had to call the guard which is far from apmt. We came 2 cars, only 1 car allowed inside. Had to park 1 car outside guard house..we have a baby in that car. Inconvenient.
