Apartamentul este la parter. Comunicare bună cu gazdele

Blocul este în reabilitare și din această cauză este multă mizerie și praf pe scară și în jurul blocului, praf care ajunge și în apartament. De asemenea este un miros detul de urât pe scară care se simte uneori și în apartament. În dormitor există infiltrații de apă în unul dintre colțurile camerei. Are dotări minime. Prosoapele aveau pete. Nu a existat un set de lenjerie pentru canapeaua din living, pătura suplimentară destul de uzată. Bucătăria minimal dotată, nu există cuptor, farfuriile ciobite și cu urme de mâncare întărită pe ele.
