I had a very frustrating experience with this booking. I arrived in Piatra Neamț at 3 AM, having informed the host in advance about my late arrival. Earlier that day, I was sent check-in details via WhatsApp, but upon arriving, I realized I had been given the wrong location. I attempted to contact the host multiple times at that hour, but received no response, leaving me stranded and forcing me to stay elsewhere for the night. The next day, the host finally reached out and provided the correct address and access details. While they were apologetic and accommodating upon my arrival, they had agreed to refund me for the missed night due to their mistake, but I never received the refund. If you plan to book here, I strongly recommend double-checking the location in advance and ensuring clear communication with the host to avoid similar issues. Location, good instructions how to find

The apartment is old with old furniture, it's difficult to sleep because every time you change the position you hear the mattress noise. The kitchen is old, bathroom with mildew. You hear every noise from outside as it seems the door os made of paper.
