Apartment near to the ocean in touristic center zone

-Close to bus station, Bobo beach, shops and restaurants-only 6 mins walk. -Beautiful, clean pool area to relax. -Good communication with owners on the day of arrival about how to access the apartment. -Apartment complex entrance locked at night and accessed via a key code. -Apartment on the 5 floor (we used the lifts!) Has a view of the ocean and a perfect spot for sunset photos. -Comfortable beds.

Just be sure you have the key before you shut the apartment door! I made this mistake and the door locked behind me with the key in the lock. The owners were very kind & prompt at coming to rescue me -thank you once again!

Ottima la posizione che permette l’accesso alle spiagge in pochi minuti a piedi. Vicino, inoltre, l’ingresso della strada principale dell’isola. Piscina presente e ben tenuta. Supermercati vicino la struttura.

Carente la pulizia della stanza e degli utensili, a eccezione del bagno. Non presente un tavolo all’interno della stanza, bensì due letti (?) matrimoniali, cosi da rendere minimo lo spazio libero.

The apartment is wonderful, with a stunning view of the sunset. Shops and a swimming beach are within walking distance, and a larger supermarket (Mercadona) is just a few kilometers away. Guests can also enjoy swimming in the pool. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Location is great, facilities were okay.

Some inventory in apartment kitchen needs to be replaced, its not functional anymore. Separate request had to be made to prepare second bed, because at arrival only one bed was made

Très bien placé et bien équipé

Ventilateur très sale il mérite d’être nettoyé car beaucoup de poussière. Nous avons eu chaud et malheureusement un odeur très forte de cannabis dans l’appartement le jour et la nuit pendant les trois jours.

The place is very near to the beach, the pool îs very ok, parking it s free. Location în very good. Near bus station, the shops are many in that marea, restaurants the same

The room is very old, the beds are small for two adults. The mattress is comfortable though. My son is 1.95m tall and the bed was very small for him. The mattress îs 180/ 140cm. The bathroom door was broken, the cutlery, the hob and the sink were dirty... The room needs renovation, the toilet, etc. Everything is a bit outdated. I gave it an 8 because the hosts were nice and helpful, the pool was ok, we had a washing machine and the location it very good. We stay at the beach and visit the island, not in room all day.
