Beautiful view from the balcony (with nice and comfortable outdoor furniture). Good location. It was great that the apartment has a private parking lot. Neighbourhood was rather quiet although it might be caused by the off-season period. The apartment was perfectly clean.

Some of furniture pieces were poor quality (e.g. broken coffee table).

"pleasant stay except for the street noise"

location close to Roca Negra for fantastique sunset views. simple but had most of what we needed

scar noises at night forces you to be close the windows, which means the main bedroom is hot at night and specially in the morning. morning sun makes the main bedroom and living room hot. no AC. A shade on the balcony would help. I would look for an apartment facing the pool or at least not facing the street if available.
