Paraiso II SS FREE WIFI

This apartment is much better in person than it is on pictures provided here, so we were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The building itself is very modern, we had a parking space in the garage, and access to outdoor pool which was cleaned everyday. The apartment is bright and spacious. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is excellently equipped and you can practically cook the same as at home. All the furniture is new and modern, and the cleanliness is at an excellent level. Far above expectations compared to other accommodation in Tenerife and neighboring islands. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. The location is quiet, ideal for families and couples. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and beaches within walking distance. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

It is not a fault of the facility, however it is a bit unusual that the host does not speak even a few basic words in English. Because of this, communication is difficult, but luckily there is google translate. Also, the cot for the baby is charged additionally and not a little, which seemed inappropriate to me since we paid for an apartment for 4 people, and there were 2 of us with a baby and we only used one room and one bathroom.

First, the lift is not working everyday so we had to carry the luggage up and down during the whole stay. Secondly, the heater is broken on the first day so me and my friend had to take a cold shower which make her sick. Thirdly, the room is so difficult to find even on the check-in day the room assistant find the wrong room in the beginning. Fourthly, there is a leak in the shower area in one of the bathroom which I took pics, so every time we take a shower the water will leak and make the whole bathroom wet. And also we contact each other via WhatsApp and they refused to reply me after the first day because the message is read but no one replied I was so pissed!

We've spent 4 weeks there, so can descbribe a lot. Best thing about apartment is location inside the building - there are no direct sun during the day, so its not heated and temperature is very comfortable during the night (no, they have no ac) Place is very very quite - only one loud thing is HardRock hotel party once a month, will last till midnight. Parking is inside the building, so your car is not heated as well. Elevator Balvony view - yes, you can see ocean, sunset and vulcano on the other side. Very well equiped - best oven and cooking surface i've seen in rentals. Fast wifi Small shop 5 min walk

The are no good sandy beaches within walking distance - you need a car Area is hilly - prepare to walk uphill a lot - or you need a car Big shops - you need a car Not a lot restaurants in the area But if you have a car - no problem There was 2 keys from apartment and only 1 from common areas, which is absulotely stupid - you need to stick together to get back to apartment from the pool for example. Kitchen furniture is cheap and old, almost everything in apartment is from Ikea, rubbish bin broken. Rubish area is far away but you still will meet cockroaches sometime inside aparment (maybe is common problem in Tenerife) I wish they change Dolce Gusto to Nespresso, dolce gusto coffee sucks!
