GBThe place was very spacious, comfortable and nice, having the hotel close by for a spa was also a good perk but you have to pay for it and we didn’t have a good experience there.
To get to the apartment was difficult as it was provided a phone number initially to a very rude person who didn’t speak English well and hung up without giving us any instructions. Luckily the host was available and after 40 min we managed to get in. I would suggest the host to speak directly with the guests in the future avoiding third parties as the host was amazing and helpful but the other person was horrible with us If you come to Poiana for mainly go skiing like us, the location is not close to the slopes, they are buses but we ended up paying a lot of money on taxis

spoke first with a lady most probably the owner - very nice she gave me the nr of the administrator who had such an additude like we were disturbing him. we got locked in the room as the key didn t fit properly in the lock and got stuck the couch is almost broken, you cannot sit properly as you are slipping down ) the sound of the floor heating in the big bedroom was terrible and i needed to stop it. the inside of the freezer was very dirty

GBThe apartment is spacious, nice, clean, and equipped with everything you need. We were 2 families , 5 adults and 2 kids, and had plenty of space without getting on top of each other .
RORO-location is great, very quiet and in the middle of the nature -the apartment is big and clean -the apartment is well equipped with some exceptions (e.g. no wine opener, no hair dryer)
-check-in process was messy: I called the phone number specified by the owner in the morning but nobody answered. The check-in is specified as after 16:00, when doing the booking I wrote we'll arrive between 14:00-15:00. However we arrived 16:30 just to be sure only to find out the administrator was not aware of the booking. I called the administrator (I had the phone in my email from the reservation), he said will check and hang-up the phone on me. I called back and he said the room will be ready in 1 hour. after 1hour he sends another message that it will be ready in 30 min. A simple "sorry" or something like that would have been much appreciated but total silence. -NO instructions of ANY kind about the property: we had to figure our by ourselves where to take out the garbage (there is no service, this is not a hotel, you rent an apartment from the owner and have to take care of everything, don't expect any room cleaning). I have rented apartments/houses multiple times and always I have found some instructions with everything you need to know about the place and surroundings. -Pool access is not included, it costs extra and it's not cheap (125RON for 3 hours). Plus, the outside pool was closed for maintenance, none of this was specified in the booking. -missing some basic things like hair dryer, wine opener
