"Séjour très agréable, appartement bien situé pour les visited de l'île."

Accueil sympathique par André vers 22h. Résidence tranquille, confort de l'appartement et de la piscine. Plage à 5mn avec un restaurant agréable, bon et à prix tout à fait correct. Commerces proches, 2 km environ.

Increíble el sitio para estar cerca de todos los puntos de la isla. La casa con todos los utensilios necesarios y muy amplia

El aire de calor de la habitación principal estaba roto. Pero nos dejaron un calefactor más pequeño para solucionarlo

"Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt"

Bei der (leider sehr späten) Ankunft wartete ein kleiner Überraschungskorb auf uns. Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Auch der Strand ist fußläufig lediglich 5 Minuten entfernt. Wer sich von einem kleinen Marsch nicht abschrecken lässt, kann auch einen Supermarkt und eine Top-Bäckerei zu Fuß erreichen. Und auch Ponta Delgada ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.

"We were given a different location by the property managers"

Sewer and plumbing issues. Asked to not flush toilet paper. Had dirty water flooding bathroom. Property is tired.

"Buena casa por espacio,ubicacion,urbanizacion y climatizacion"

La ubicacion,espacio de la casa,urbanizacion con piscina,anfitriones.

La casa es amplia ,pero como sugerencia notamos que la cama de matrimonio tenia el colchon (donde te sientas,para acceder a la cama) hundido y por lo tanto deformado.La cama de matrimonio a su vez desde mi punto de vista es pequeña para dos personas.Para poder dormir con buen descanso seria conveniente una cama de 150/160cm de ancho por 200cm de largo. Por otra parte se deberia desatascar bien el lavabo de la cocina asi como la ducha u los lavabos de los baños. Engrasar las bisagras de las puertas.

La ubicación y el aparcamiento son excelentes. El apartamento es amplio, con un baño completo y un aseo, y armarios muy espaciosos. Dispone de lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, tostadora, etc. y los propietarios nos dejaron detergentes por lo que no tuvimos que preocuparnos en comprarlos.

La vajilla, vasos, tazas y cubiertos eran un poco escasos. El apartamento es antiguo. Con otro tipo de mobiliario y un cambio de puertas, parecería mucho más actual.

"Exceptional"

Tha aprtment is very big with a view to the ocean. There is a pool that is common to the entire complex. The beach is in a walking distance. A few minutes drive from the center of Ponta Delgada. Air condition in every room. 2 toilets. Elizabeth answered quickly every question I had and gave some useful tips. I highly recommend.
