The apartment was wonderfully bright and spacious. Very comfortable beds and well equipped in the kitchen. It was great to have the washer/dryer. The terrace is fantastic with plenty of seating.

The location is perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed and, as the name implies, charming. The balcony is amazing bonus.

Centrally located, many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own garage, which is on the top of my list, as far as one of the top features of this property. The apartment is very lovely, and cozy, and will be booking again.

Everything was absolutely perfect at this place! I think the name “Simple and Charming” doesn’t really do it justice, it’s more like “Modern and Luxurious”. Every detail has been thought of, from the high tech keyless entry to a wonderful welcome basket with bread, jam and wine. The place is conveniently located in the center of town with supermarket, restaurants, shops and even farmer’s market nearby. There are large windows and a beautiful patio to enjoy the amazing views. Not only can you see the clock tower in the town center but also the ocean! Even though you’re in a bustling area, it’s still very quiet and we had very restful nights of sleep. It also helped that the mattresses and pillows were comfortable and high quality. Everything was 5-star hotel quality. There is not a want for anything more. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking staples like oil, spices etc. There’s good quality soap and shampoo in the bathrooms (no conditioner though so if that’s something you need, bring or buy your own). Washer/dryer combo, A/C, Smart TV and free underground parking that’s easy to access and is very secure. The place is on the second floor of a new modern building and there’s elevator access so you don’t have to haul your luggage up any stairs. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. They communicated through WhatsApp and sent over all the information I needed in a timely manner. They were able to answer any questions I had and made some great suggestions for places to go. Even their information booklet is exquisitely designed! The price was very reasonable for what you get. We stayed one night in the top hotel in town and it didn’t even come close to being as nice as this place. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
