Nice for people that can walk 10-20 minutes to downtown Ponta Delgada. BBQ on patio nice. A lot of restaurants within walking distance, felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

3 of us got to the house at 12 noon with suitcases but couldn’t check in until 3pm, had to sit in restaurant next door for 3 hours. Some bathroom lights never worked, some furniture low quality
