A Casa Do Terraco

A localizaçao é boa, o alojamento tambem tem boas condiçoes! Tivemos o necessario para passar bem a semana! Minha filha ainda quis regar o jardim porque os dias estavam quentes e as plantas iam ficar com sede :)

As almofadas podiam ser um pouco melhores e o lugar de estacionamento tambem era um pouco dificil de manobrar embora em opçao estivessem muitos lugares livres na rua.

Una casa increíble, hemos pasado unos días geniales, la casa está totalmente equipada y muy útil para la vida diaria. La terraza en muy grande y está muy bien para los días de después de ruta. Todo genial

Really spacious and bright, comfortable and clean. The photos actually don't do it justice. The kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans, washing machine, cleaning products, etc. As someone previously mentioned- two types of coffee making facilities which is a bonus! Really good Mexican restaurant very close by and well worth the short walk.

As it was very windy when we were there, there, we noticed a bit of a draught from the sliding doors into the sitting room area, but there was a plug in radiator and lots of spare blankets to compensate.

This place was BEAUTIFUL! It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable with all the things you need for an apartment stay. It was multi-level with super high ceilings which I loved. It was also right in the centre of town, which made it easy to walk in all different directions! You definitely will get your steps in as well in Porto, so be prepared! ha! The instructions for getting in were very well guided, and the hosts were very responsive and kind.

The parking was definitely a bit annoying to find, and also expensive for the underground, so just be prepared for that. I was grateful for underground parking though at the same time, as I left my car there for a few days. The parking is near Clerigos Tower, and the exit is very close to the accommodations, so it was super handy once you found it haha.

Very comfortable stay for my whole family. Nice terrace. Tips in guest books help us with restaurant choices - it was delicious!

I could say everything! A lot of space, nice terrace, very well equipped apartment - we haven’t missed anything, a lot of extra towels, extra blankets, comfortable beds - mattresses feels new or really good quality, the owner Rita provided clear instruction for late check in and she also supported us via Whatsup very well when we met a challenge.

Walls of the building are thin, so there could be potentially a problem to sleep trough the whole night for the light sleepers if some of the neighbours decides to be more loud or roosters begin to crow early in the morning (i actually like that :D)

Our accomodation was really nice, situated in perfect location of Ponta Delgada city, near to the center, but quiet. Extraordinary small private garden, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Fully equipped, as described. Lovely stay! :-D If possible, I will come again. Thank you Rita! Mariana
