Great location, the apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Catarina and Francisco are wonderful hosts who always advice and help you - regardless of the day and time. You can really feel like home.

Everything was perfect!

I highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for a week. The location is just a few minutes walk from the centre, free parking on the street starts one street up, it’s sparkling clean and equipped better than my flat in London. You will find anything you need for your stay. It also got a small patio which is useful to dry clothes or have a coffee. To me though the hosts were the biggest plus. They are very kind, friendly, helpful people who clearly take a good care about the place and their guests. I’ve already recommended this place to my friend.

Our experience was great, Catarina and Francisco are really kind and do their best to make you feel at home from the first moment. Everything is exactly as it is described on the website and the position is perfect to reach all the main attractions of the island.

Great apartment, location and even greater hosts!

The hosts are extremely pleasant, the apartment is very clean. There's a washing machine to wash up clothes, which is good for when you get home from the beach or any pools. The apartment is nice big washroom, two single beds, very tasteful in deco. The apartment comes equiped with everything you need microwave, kettle, dishes, etc. The location is in the city which is nice you don't have to drive to get to the pier or go out for dinner just a couple of blocks and your there, so many shops and resturants, sit by the water.

There's no A/C, only a fan which doesn't do it when its so humidt there, I know on their ad it doesn't say A/C but they can say there's no A/C just a fan . Cause I would have not booked it, I booked for 16 days and left after 1 week I was trying to get a hotel for the second day I arrived but everything was booked I was only able to get the remaining last 6 days in a hotel, I flew out to Sintar for a few days and than left the apartment and went to the hotel.. there's that musty smell which most homes there have and it triggered my wife's asthma, the smell hits you as soon as you open the door to the complex. If you keep the fan running 247 you might be able to get rid of it but once you turn it off it comes right back.. I know the houses there are like this I come from there , but if you had A/C you are able to dry the moldy smell or at least keep it from being so strong. I've contacted Booking.com for a refund on the last week, waiting for reply, the location is in the city, but right by the airport you hear the planes coming in at all hours of the night, garbage is picked up at night which if you have the windows open you hear the trucks dumping, parking none available I know there's a street on the side if you are lucky to get a spot, or you will have to pay which we had to everyday, cause it was imposible to get free parking on the other street. The fridge can be a little bigger, its only a bar fridge which doesn't hold much, we bought a Cooler and had to buy ice everyday to keep drinks kool.
