"Wonderful apartment in Ponta Delgada"

This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is lots of space and there are 2 bathrooms, which makes it perfect for a family. The building is convenient; very close to the highway and the airport, but also a 20 min walk away from the city center. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. Our flights arrived early in the morning and we could check-in early. We were welcomed with a basket with local products.

"Superb"

The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped,there is air conditioning in all rooms. Nice quite area with a great bakery close by.Duarte, the host, was really helpful and caring.We' ll definitely come back.

"Superb"

We spent excellent time at Azores Essence Paim. The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment has an amazing view from the different rooms and from the balcony. It was clean and very confortable for a family with 2 kids. The apartment is 15 minutes by walk from the city center and you have an excellent bakery 🥯 just next to it 🙂

There is no dishwasher in the apartment, but as we ate mostly outside, it wasn’t really a problem.

"Great place if you need peace and quiet"

Large, spacious apartments. Quite suitable for accommodating 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen, good washing machine (with dryer). The rooms are isolated, master bedroom with separate bathroom. Since this is not the city center, the streets are very quiet and calm, so there is no noise at night and it is very comfortable to sleep. The host is very friendly and ready to help in any way necessary. We were quite pleased with our accommodation.

"Exceptional choice to stay in Azores Essence"

The facility was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location is good and safe. The host was prompt to answer questions. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room, bedrooms and study are airconditioned. Enjoyed the comfortable stay.

Minor suggestions - please replace the hot water boiler ( leaking)
