Квартира знаходиться в центрі міста, поряд багато ресторанів магазинів, що дуже зручно. Квартира зручна, чиста і є все необхідне для гарного відпочинку: побутова техніка для кухні, пральна машина, багато різноманітного посуду і т.д.

Єдина проблема - це парковка автомобіля, парковки платні. Але ми знайшли безкоштовну парковку, десь 500 м від помешкання і залишали авто там.

The location of the apartment is excellent as it is very close to the sea front and you can easily walk to everything in Ponta Delgada. It is also very close to the Tourism Office which many of the day excursions depart from. The apartment was much bigger than expected and everything was clean. The host was very kind and the communication beforehand was excellent. The balcony was nice to have for a morning coffee. Everything was very quiet with no road noise or disturbance.

Some areas of the apartment are a little dated but everything was very comfortable and I would happily stay here again.

Location, very close to city centre and attractions, kids loved that bedrooms were on another level via private stairs

Toilet was slightly broken. Not a big deal, just had to reach into the wall and pull a lever to fluch :)

The location of this apartment is pretty amazing. YOu walk out the door of the building into the the action. The apartment is simple but very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great area to sit outside.

It's been mentioned before but, as the apartment is right in a busy walking area, there isn't parking right next to it. Have a plan about parking in advance. Our host recommend a nearby parking garage that was well priced and easy to find/use.

Nice apartment situated in the centre of Ponta Delgada. The host was most helpful and my friend and I fully enjoyed our stay.

Certain things that I think should be present in a rental apartment were missing, namely toilet paper, kitchen roll / napkins, hand soap, detergent for the washing machine, washing up liquid for washing dishes by hand and for the dishwasher. My friend and I had to go out and buy everything we needed - and of course left it for the next guests, as it's not exactly something you want to travel with.

Location is right at the center. Everything is walkable. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are nice size, AC in every bedroom and the living. Host is very helpful

Bedrooms have no furniture with drawers. Only hangers on a rack. Balcony is very nice, but no furniture on it to have a coffee or just watch the sunset.
