Espírito Santo - AL

Spacious, close parking, great host.

My partner and myself really enjoyed our stay at the Espirito Santo Hotel. The is very well located, minutes walk from the centre of the town, as well as close to the marina. The apartment we stayed in, was spacious and with all the necessary for cooking. However, near the accommodation there are also very nice café (we highly reccomend Gizi) and restaurants. But mainly, we were truly amazed by the kindness and availability of the owner/manager, always available to help us when we needed it. As an example, when we arrived at the hotel we had problems with the code for opening the entrance door. Despite being past midnight the manager Patricia very kindly answer at our phone call and solved our problem.

Le logement est situé au rez de chaussée et ouvre directement sur la rue ce qui génére beaucoup de bruit et limite la possibilité d'aérer l'appartement qui est très humide avec une oeur désagréable. Par ailleurs la cuisine est très mal équipée, il n'y a même pas le strict minimum.

il faudrait a minima compléter l'équipement de la cuisine et améliorer fortement la ventilation de l'appartement

Desde a localização, ao conforto e sossego, estava tudo na perfeição. Muito bem localizado na cidade e com estacionamento gratuito a cerca de 300 metros do apartamento. Nos cinco dias que lá estive, arranjei sempre lugar de estacionamento com facilidade. Não aconselho o estacionamento na rua do apartamento, uma vez que para além de ser pago é uma rua muito estreita.

Great location, good wifi, well equipped apartment, helpful owner.

The apartment was super moldy. The mold smell made the apartment really uncomfortable, even with all the windows open. By the third day even our clothes were smelling like mildew. This could be easily fixed with good ventilation in the bathroom (there wasn't any) and some chlorine spray on the walls every now and then.
