"Perfect Victorian house apartment in a perfect location"

Gorgeous and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect for me (within walking distance of Water St). Loved the close location to the amazing market and Green Corn Taco. The apartment had everything I needed and I really appreciated the bathtub with lavendar epsom salts!

"Cosy and convenient"

Characterful house in great location with views. Walkable to everything. Well provided with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Nice comfy bed and feather duvet. Easy access with a keypad and good communication with owner.

Only one easy chair. Small sofa for 2 would make it perfect!

Location is excellent, clean and neat.

Furniture arrangement is poor, but configuration of house is difficult. Bed need to be replaced

nice location with good view; good walking neighborhood with many nearby services. email info & booking went smoothly

no one to greet; all business conducted by email. windows were dirty, bathroom needs fan and new flooring, old house smell

A really great location with delightful walkways down to the waterfront. The room was quite old, but pleasant.

Another lounge chair would be nice, but maybe there's no place to fit it. Bedside reading lamps flickered - might be unable to work correctly with LED bulbs - definitely need to fix!
