I liked that the unit had a small kitchen and the necessary facilities to enable a self sufficient stay. Also the small touches and milk and water provided were appreciated.

Nothing - it fit my purpose perfectly.

I made and paid for a booking of 1 adult and 2 children. Upon arrival I was told the children pay an extra R200 per child per night. I then paid for the 1 child R600.00 for the three nights as the other child was joining us the following day. The following day I did a search for the same days a week later and the system should the same price i had paid both for 1 adult and 1 adult 2 children. Which meant that the price was for the unit and not the number of people in the unit. When I asked for clarification of why I was charged an extra R600, and requesting that I be refunded the extra R600 I paid, I was told to vacate the property. I mean which host does that???????? was I wrong to seek clarification on why my booking price had changed??? I have never in my life received sure outrageous treatment and service, being kicked out at 4pm with 2 children. Who does that????? So I didn't complete my stay as I was kicked out after 1 night. And they had the nerve to say I must take up the price issue with Booking.com as they are the ones with the wrong prices. I am like, you are the one to take it up with them cause you are the one who gives them your pricing structure and not your guest.
