"Disappointing"

The room has lots of potential

I booked a room with a coffee machine only finding that there are no pods available and the machine has not been back washed in a bit of time. Also no heater was available I did ask got told there was a extra blanket not clean also no sugar available and no milk in fridge

Bathroom mat was visibly dirty, hair strands in the basin, bathroom floor and kitchen. Zero complimentary coffee, tea etc.
