The staff were very accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They attended to most of our requests promptly and gave clear directions whenever we asked. The place itself was clean and neat, with a calm and relaxing ambiance. The location was also convenient since it’s not too far from the beach and the highway.

One thing we noticed is that the staff were more reactive than proactive when it came to guest needs. Basic items like toilet paper and towel replacement were only provided when requested, and the linens were not replaced at all during our 3-day stay. The air conditioning also took quite a while to cool the room even at the maximum setting. The room lacked a refrigerator and there was no free kitchen access, which made the stay feel less convenient for the price. In comparison, we’ve stayed in more affordable places in Baguio that already included a small fridge and kitchenette. The bathroom also had no exhaust system, so it became very hot during longer showers and odors tended to linger. Lastly, the breakfast options were quite limited considering it was paid separately in advance. Looking back, it might have been better to skip the breakfast inclusion and explore nearby food options instead, especially since places at a similar price point in El Nido offered more flexibility and variety. After scouting the area ourselves, we also realized there were beachfront accommodations nearby offering similar rates but with better amenities. In hindsight, asking locals directly for accommodation recommendations might have been a better option than booking online.

None, because we were not accomodated... the room we were suppose to occupy was occupied by someone else and they did not inform us. We need to go to a separate hotel for our accomodation. It was so hassle

The facility is good but has a problem in water connection . they trying there best to sort it out..also they have problem in booking.com price is different and trying to get from us more than the payment that we settled in booking.com.so instead we stay 4d/3n as we booked.we just used 3d/2n.so this appointed,but still thankful and blessed got back home safe.thanks anyway..

C'est tout petit et exiguë. La salle de bain c'est un WC et une douche sans aucune séparation. La chambre est petite. On ne peut pas y mettre deux valises. Il n'y a pas pas de balcon. J'ai donc cherché un autre logement digne de ce nom pour effectuer mes vacances. Le petit déjeuner on est revenu pour le prendre aucun choix mais il est imposé et le jus est un supplément à payer. Ce lieu ne devrait pas exister sur Booking.com car c'est de l'arnaque.

Es war kein Zimmer sondern ein kleiner Bretterverschlag ohne Fenster. Alles stockdunkel. Im sogenannten "Bad" gab es kein Wasser, also man hatte keine Möglichkeit zu duschen. Es war schrecklich, so dass ich den Aufenthalt dort abgelehnt habe. Habe gedroht, dass ich booking darüber verständige und ich mein Geld zurück möchte. Nach ca 1 Std. haben sie mir eine alternativ Unterkunft angeboten was angeblich auch dem gleichen Eigentümer gehört. Dieses Hotel war gut. Es gehört jedoch nicht zu der gebuchten Unterkunft. Das Türschloß war kaputt, wurde aber gleich am nächsten Tag repariert. Der Name des Hotels war Thrivers Hotel. Sandstorm ist nicht anzubieten. Wie gesagt die schlechteste Unterkunft ever.
