Sandstorm Lodge and Cafe

The hosts were great. Malou and Anthony were very friendly and accommodating. They helped with everything from planning trips to giving advice on where to eat, where to go, and what to see. They helped arrange tricycles, guides, and motorbike rentals for us. They let us borrow a power adapter and catered towards our preferences for breakfast. They even came with us on a snorkel/hiking adventure to a nearby beach where we saw all kinds of sea life and ate a wonderful lunch on the beach full of fish, eggplants, bbq chicken, and pork. Sandstorm is only a short walk to the nearby White Beach. White beach is lined with restaurants and bars. You can go swimming, enjoy smoothies/beer, and eat fresh seafood whilst having a wonderful view of the ocean and sunset. I highly recommend staying at Sandstorm! And thank you to Malou and Anthony for accommodating us. We hope to see you oneday soon!

The owner and staff were so kind and caring to their guest. They are also proactive in many ways like helping us book a ticket for ship from galera to manila that day and we dont need to wait for tricycle cause they are called someone to fetch us from the lodge to port. It was an amazing stay overall 💕

The customer service was top-notched. Lodge owners Malou and Anton were hands on with everything. Their assistant Yanny was always helpful and attentive to our needs. They were all serving our family of 10 from breakfast, other services such as laundry, manicure/ pedicure, room massage and even booked our ship back to Batangas. Also, they offered and cooked our requested dinner. They also helped us with places to go and explore. They served as like their own family. We will definitely go back on our next vacation.

The shower’s water pressure is a bit low. It takes time to take a shower when you’re in a rush.

The most that we like is the Owners they very friendly. also the Location it's easy and close to the beach which is not hard to those guest that had problem to walk.

everything! the owners were really nice and we had a nice chat before we left 😊 they were also nice enough to give us recommendations on where to eat (that's not expensive) and what day trips to go to. the breakfast was also very good! my family felt at home and our stay was very comfortable. definitely a go-to now whenever we're staying in puerto galera!
