LAVENDERS COTTAGE

Lovely clean and comfortable place in a treed garden.

The apartment was well furnished and equipped with air-conditioning and fans in both rooms, back-up lighting for load-shedding, full DSTV , comfortable beds, fridge, kettle etc, and the hostess also supplied muesli, rusks, tea/coffee, milk - more than enough for our two night stay. My wife made good use of the comfortable area in the shade in the well-kept garden for reading and smoking. Our car was parked in the garage during our stay and we were amazed that none of the houses in the area had high walls or fences - did not even see burglar bars anywhere. We enjoyed chatting to Sandra, the owner, and are thankful for her suggestions on what to do and where to go around Prince Albert.

Could not find fault with anything.

Everything we needed was available. Sandra is a caring thoughtful hostess.

The owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. She was a real pleasure.

There could have been some shelving around the kettle/microwave area to provide more counter space.
