"Cozy comfort for a Karoo holiday"

Comfortable, old-style Karoo accommodation: perfectly thatched roof, velvet-lined furniture, and piled blankets to keep out the desert cold. The sort of spot with old decanters of brandy on the table and a backyard view of spectacular mountain scenery. On the southern edge of Prince Albert, but still very close to restaurants and shops (like the weekend farmer's market)--walkable in the daytime.

"Sofa bed" listed was more of a loveseat, which made accommodating one of our party members a tad difficult. Also the hosts are lovely but I recommend just trusting Google maps when it comes to directions.

"All very comfortable and quiet with easy access to town sites."

Very quiet as a place to work and rest, great location for walking to the festivities in the town, parking close to door entrance, a back outdoor patio for afternoon sunlight, bedding and bed were very comfortable. Having cereal and milk available was useful for a morning breakfast in the room. I'm glad the shower did not gush with water which is easy to waste in this water-challenged area.

The rooms were dark and the windows and their enclosures were a bit cumbersome to open.

"Great get away for a small family."

The owners were friendly and nice and Prince Albert is a beautiful small town. Accommodation is perfect for an easy get away with the family.

The address on Booking.com was incorrect, but if I had just looked at the name of the place instead of just the address, I would have found it easily on the other side of the road.

Good location. Quite place

It was hot in the loft, wifi didn't connect. Mosquitoes bothered us and more expensive than other apartments I could rent on Airbnb that was more modern.

Perfect location! Within walking distance of all restaurants. The two bedroom unit upstairs is tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds and good showers! Our hosts were superb and kindly welcomed us on our late arrival. Highly recommended.
