We could not get to the property due to road closures in Meiringspoort, Swartberg Pass as well as gravel road from Willowmore. The host was not very friendly on receiving this message and was not at all sympathetic! She did not even offer another time frame or any other form of sympathy! Very bad!

The host response to our problem was pathetic!
