Location 20m from sea. Beautiful nature, national park with flamingos near by. Owner hospitality exceeds expectations. Enjayed beach and staying very much.

Everything was good. Would like to return...cosy like home.🙂

Amazing location, a nice touch having some groceries & a bottle of wine. Aircon worked well. Comfortable beds & good shower.

Lack of storage , lack of space to prepare food.

Everything I like about the place. I wanted to stay longer but there is no availability. Every little thing that you didn't realize made my vacation better. We were given all the details even a video showing how to get to the apartment. When you enter, you are presented with an envelope with the details of the island's history, best beaches, restaurants and locations to visit. I was searching for hours to make my own list but that is presented already. We had plenty of complementary items such as wine, jam, olives, biscuits which is a really nice nuance. Wine was so tasty that we ended up buying on our other days 😁 Other than this it's so close to Noya Beach Experience but you really don't need to go there. You can just enjoy the beautiful shallow water of Psili Ammos and get to the apartment chill and get to the water when you want. This is a really nice thing for us since we had a dog. At the time we didn't want to spend too much time out on the hot weather so frequently we were going to the sea and coming back to apartment. Believe me it takes 30 seconds. Nothing I would dream about more from my vacation. It exceeded above and beyond my expectations.

The house is located at the best beach in Sammos. It takes around 30seconds to jump in the sea. House was lovely decorated and new. Our host was always ready to help and gave a lot of informations. We will definetly visit again. Thank you "Komşu".

The location is just perfect. Chris is the best apartment owner ever. He was always there to make us comfortable. Definitely recommended !

Amazing location, really nice and cozy studio only a few steps from the beach and a beautiful view of the Mycale area. The property has everything you need for your stay ,in addition Chris (host) had some traditional handmade products waiting for us , such as handmade marmelade or even free range chicken eggs. Greek hospitality at its best!! Looking forward to visit again!

A real Heaven, the perfect place to disconnect feeling like home, in the local life in Greece. It was peace to wake up with the sea, enjoying the sunrise from the terrace. The next time we will come again but more time. Thanks a lot Chris for your hospitality, your welcome gifts and availability
