This accommodation is a scam. It does not match the photos shown in the listing at all. The property is in a severe state of disrepair. There is no gate, the yard is full of garbage, and the place is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There is no security at all, and anyone can enter the property freely. It is clear that no one has been in that yard for a very long time. There are all sorts of items stored in the yard. The place, including jacuzzi and sauna is very unsanitary and filthy. The photos have been enhanced using AI, the pools aren’t finished, and the structure looked as if it had been abandoned for a very long time!!! If you look through older reviews, you’ll see that the owner has been claiming since 2023 that the pool would be open in a month or two, which is completely untrue. I made my reservation on May 29 2026, and the photos on Booking stated that the pool was expected to be available and completed by June 20. Well, as you can see from the pictures, the pool is nowhere near being finished. It appears that the owner has been using this misleading claim for years to attract guests, advertising a potential future pool in order to secure more bookings. Perhaps this place once deserved its four-star rating and attracted many visitors, but its condition in May 2026 is deplorable. It certainly no longer lives up to either its rating or the price it charges. We refused to stay at the property and called the owner. When we told him that we wanted a refund because the photos did not match reality, he laughed and said that if we had a problem with it, we should file a complaint with Booking. Well, surprisingly for him that’s exactly what we did. We submitted complaints to Booking, and they informed us that they already had records of previous complaints about this property. After reviewing the case, they refunded our money. We also noticed what appear to be fake accounts being used to post positive reviews about the property.

Ein absolut stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge und gleichzeitig eine Oase der Ruhe: Man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick ins Grüne und wird von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt – pure Erholung. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ausstattung der Küche: Von der Mikro-Backkombi mit Automatikprogrammen über Kochutensilien und Gewürzen bis hin zum Backpapier ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein Highlight für Selbstversorger: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah, samstags kommt sogar 'Family Frost' mit Eis und Tiefkühlkost direkt in die Siedlung (Kartenzahlung möglich!) außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit Essen vom Restaurant 'KIRALI' liefern zu lassen (Kartenzahlung möglich!). Der Besitzer ist zudem extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Duschabflusssituation im Bad ist zwar etwas unglücklich gelöst, was den Gesamteindruck aber nicht trübt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Kältebecken ist derzeit noch im Bau – wenn dieser fertiggestellt ist, wird die Unterkunft ein absolutes Wellness-Highlight sein!
