The host was very welcoming, location is good and quiet, apartment is well furnished and well equipped.

Wonderful place; exceptionally clean; nice kitchen with everything you need; good amount of space; nearby grocery store and kebab/pizzeria/laundry; Wifi was great; heaters worked well, fresh towels, soaps etc etc. You can tell the host, Teresa, puts great care into everything.

Good position, very clean and roomy, all services of a family-owned b&b are there. Very kind host, we'll be back next time we're in town. Great value for money.

The apartment is amazingly equipped with anything you might need, everything is super clean and spacious. Very comfortable to stay for a few days. Even though the host does not speak a word of English, she was trying very hard to help us get the the location (there were constrution sites and a football game on the day we arrived which made it impossible to access the road). The host was amazingly helpful and polite, we were very grateful for her hospitality.

It would help if the host spoke even a little bit of English

Almost everything! The host is so lovely (She was sympathetic and picked us up at the train station late at night!). The apartment is excellent: very clean, neat and had everything necessary for cooking. It is at a walking distance to supermarket, shopping mall, Pizzaria, two laundries, pharmacy and coffee shops. Not far from historical part of town and train station. Easy to go to Modena, Parma, Bologna, and surroundings. And a walking distance from Suassuolo’s stadium if you’re a football fan like us. I highly recommend it!
