Excellent location, very nice apartment.

We stayed in the Clio suite. Excellent location on the main strip by the old town. Clean and bright. Window overlooked a busy shopping street good for people watching but was very quiet with windows closed. Apartment was serviced each day. Air con was great. Communication with provider was very clear and helpful.

The balcony area, although fantastic, is not attached to the room. You have to go up a (very private) stairs, We didn’t meet a single other person our whole stay. This wasn’t very clear in the description. That being said, the space was enormous and facilities were amazing.

Great location, spacious, near restaurants/activities

Was under the impression we could use jacuzzi based off the pic on Booking.com, but realized it wasn’t included in our stay. My fault in not reading the details.

Great location in the pretty old town and only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed meals out and shopping in the old town and lazy days by the beach. We stayed in the apartment overlooking the old town. It worked perfectly for our family of 4 and our 2 teenage boys were fine on the sofa beds. The main bedroom was very comfortable and we found the matress perfect for us (we prefer a harder matress). You can definitely hear the street noise below but not until that late and ear plugs block out any noise if you are a light sleeper like me (the noise didn't bother my husband at all). The roof terrace (accessed via a separate stair case just outside the room) was amazing. Such a great space to chill out and it gets sun all day (it got very hot up there!). Staff were lovely and we were told of free parking a short walk away.

Don't expect a well equipped kitchen - kettle, coffee machine and fridge is all you'll get, but with ample places to eat nearby you don't need to be cooking!

Everything was as expected. The place is in the perfect location and the heart of the community by the water and beach and has many great options for food and entertainment. I would recommend to anyone.

Everything about this lovely apartment is superb. We stayed in the Erato suite and it was absolutely perfect for us. From booking until the end of our stay the "Muses Team" provided us with a perfect holiday. The communication before and during our stay was very prompt and excellent with every question answered perfectly for us. Very helpful indeed. The apartment itself was WOW! It was exactly as described in the listing. Very spacious and airy, super clean and great facilities. The roof terrace with the jacuzzi was a lovely peaceful area with sun and shade and very relaxing. The views from the roof were beautiful. Despite what others have said we thought that the apartment was actually sound proofed as I am a very light sleeper and never heard a thing at night? Very comfy bed and good sized walk in shower. The house keeper came every day and did a very thourough clean for us. She was also a lovely helpful lady. There's a huge selection of restaurants and bars and shops right on the doorstep so no need to walk far to find a great meal. Definitely would recommend the Erofili Restauarant in Rethymno. Food and choice is excellent. Walking around the little old back streets gave a true feeling of the place. Have a sit at the Old Venetian Harbour. It's lovely. The beach opposite was lovely and clean and the water was so warm. We sat and chilled there some days but we also had a car so we went off exploring other areas to on the island. Just a handy hint. If you have a car do not park opposite the apartment as the police come every day and you will get a ticket. The lady form Muses advised us of this too. There is a Free car park about 13 minutes walk away (Free Parking Lot Rethymno on Google Maps) or we used to park up on the road just up from the Venetian Harbour for free. Always managed to get a space somewhere and a 10 minute walk. Not a problem at all. We are aged over 60 and not a struggle.

Abolutely Nothing

Location, decor, privacy, terrace.

Air con in bedroom wasn't cool enough, main room was fine. Hard to sleep in heat but otherwise everything perfect.
