"Just perfect."

Location, style, cleanliness, there was everything you would need to make it a home from home and the attention to detail was amazing. Above all it was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of our host Effie - nothing was too much trouble. Amazing holiday and a perfect base for our son’s wedding in Rethymno.

"Amazing"

One of the best hospitality I have ever experienced!!! Effie is an amazing and very friendly host and she did everything she could in order to make us feel welcomed!!! The house is a very big , bright and cozy , perfect for big groups or families!!! I 10/10 recommend it and definitely would stay there again !!!

"Amazing place steps from beach, wonderful host"

Effie’s place is huge, modern, right on the beach, and equipped with everything you could and could not think of. Moreover, the host is amazingly kind and caring. She greeted us personally, treated us to local delicacies and wine, and provided useful tips on the area. One couldn’t possibly expect more!

"Exceptional"

The apartment is very cozy and nicely accommodated, all the furniture is new and it’s very clean, plus it’s right at the beach. It’s the perfect place for a small group of people, there are three rooms, a perfectly furnished kitchen and also a big nice balcony. The hostess Effie is so great and friendly, recommended us amazing places and restaurants to visit and would often come and surprise us with treats and sweets. Our stay there was amazing and we are more than happy with everything and would recommend this place to all our friends!!
