Very smart, well located apartment near to both the old town and the beach. Beds comfortable, aircon worked, great balcony overlooking the marina area. Great host, very helpful. Towels changed midway through which was a welcome surprise.

Very difficult to think of anything negative.

The apartment was absolutely perfect and looked just like the photos. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. My husband and I were on holiday with our mums who appreciated the lift to the first floor apartment. The balcony was lovely to sit out on after a busy day at the beach and to people watch. The proximity to both the beach and the old town was perfect, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from and really helpful to have the hop on hop off bus tour start from just across the road. The host, Kadiani, was so helpful, we unfortunately had to postpone our trip originally booked for 2024 due to my mums cancer diagnosis, Kadiani moved the booking without hesitation, which was lovely of her as it gave mum something to look forward to. Her communication with us was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Rethymno.

It was the perfect location for our 5 family members of various ages & physical abilities. It is a lovely spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday, just on the edge of the “Old Town” area. Has an elevator. Easy walking to everything. Parking available in the Marina across the street. Beautiful view from the balconies of the Sea of Crete. Our host was available at a moments notice to answer questions whenever we needed her.

The location is the absolute best, on the edge of the old town and 2 minutes to the beach. There are cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, shops on the surrounding streets, but it felt residential, not touristy. The balconies overlook the promenade directly from 1st floor. You can walk anywhere in 10 mins. The view of the sea from all windows is spectacular. Free parking opposite in the port car park. The apartment seems completely new, all beds/bed linen top quality, very comfortable. Outside shutters for complete darkness. Kitchen very well equipped, huge fridge. Two bathrooms with large strong showers, reliable hot water. Great welcome gifts of olive oil, raki, cakes, oranges. Very kind owners. Came with new towels/sheets after 1 week.

On 3 of the nights there was extremely loud noise from the internal courtyard, off and on until 4 am - another apartment's air conditioning perhaps? No-one could sleep, the beds were vibrating. The owners said they would investigate. TV had a few off moments (sound no picture) but mostly fine. Looked like it might be loud from the seafront restaurants in the height of summer, but fine any other time.

The location is superb and even it is on a main street you can barely hear any noise from traffic to the apartment. Apartment is aesthetic and all the furnitures and appliances are top class. Beds are firm yet comfy to sleep in. Warm water from the showers last very long. Owners are very nice and reply to messages and frequently asks if there's something they can help with.

Location, facilities and cleaning

Owners came to fix a situation in the bathroom when we were away from the apartment.

Very clean, spacious, clean and great location. Parking can be an issue if you have a car during the high season period. I would recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Rethymno.
