I stayed 4 nights at one of the units on the same floor as the pool. The unit had thoughtful amenities (Nespresso machine, pool towels, hair dryer, cooking utensils, umbrellas), comfortable bed and linens and a beautiful view of the sea. We also had access to the laundry room and parking across the street. A point of consideration access to the units is via steep stairs that may be challenging to those with mobility issues (or with lots of luggage). Town is accessible in about 5 min drive. Patricia is a very friendly and responsive host, with good advice about car rentals and tour guides (she connected me to her friend who is passionate and knowledgeable about Madeira). I highly recommend this place and would certainly return!

The view is absolutely stunning! We also really enjoyed the heated pool in November. Even though the kitchen is quite small we were able to cook some dinners for sunset. The nearby village is cute and offers some good shops and restaurants. The landlady is very welcoming and helpful! As a nice extra there is a washing machine in a separate room that we could use.

The bathroom has no window. But this is only a minor issue as it is new and nicely equipped with a rain shower.

There is a wonderful view of the ocean from the terrace, the host Patricia was very kind and helpful. We could talk to him at any time and we also had a separate parking space. I can confidently recommend the best accommodation on the island to everyone! Patricia even helped with car rental and gave very good tips about nearby restaurants and attractions. We spent a wonderful week here. We will definitely go back!

Everything! The views, the heated pool, the comfortable&clean room, great shower, and of course a very responsive and friendly host 😊

The street-side parking seemed a bit tricky at first but we managed well in the end.
