Very close proximity to the cable car and ski slopes. Fantastic nature. For sure will return.

Just in front of Marmolada cable car, super for skiing! Small apartment but fully equipped with whatever needed, heating super comfy and bathroom with no window but super fan

The location of the building is amazing! The view is breathless. Still there are 100-150m walking uphill distance to skilift.

The temperature in the rooms is locked!! to 20 degrees Celsius. It is my first and hopefully the last holiday with heating regulator locked with a padlock!!!!! Imagine that 6 days we've skied with ski-boots wet: me, my wife and 3 children! Of course, socks and other stuff were wet also, but we had enough to replace. I called them in the first day, and they lied that this is a new law in Italy!
