The price was very good. Two balconies. Air conditioner and internet in price. Can be with dog. Near to different beaches and city center. The agency staff very pleasant.

Equipment old and shabby. Sofa is in very bad condition. The glasses were missing. The air conditioner not quite sufficient.

Really good location, close to the beach and the city centre. Many nice trees around the property providing shade in the hot summer. Contrary to the description, AC is already included in the price and worked very well. Lady at the "Agenzia Delta Mare" reception desk was very welcoming, nice and spoke czech which was a really positive suprise. We got two keys to the property. Bathroom includes washing machine and bidet. Basic kitchen equipment including several sizes of pans and pots; Gas-powered stove worked well as well as electric oven.

The description of the offer is not accurate. It is not possible to rent bed sheets, nor towels. The description does not state that there are no blankets, only pillows; a bit more information for inexperienced travalers like me would certainly help to know what to expect beforehand. The kitchen could have been better equiped, I personally missed following items: wooden cutting board, sharper knives, wine glasses. It was also difficult to open and close all doors to the terraces, including door of the refrigerator. Shower door leaks water during showering. I really did not like garbage trucks making a lot of noise early in the morning multiple times a day every day; However, I understand there is nothing to do about that.
