This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Santa Cruz in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent it onsite for the following extra charges: - Double bed linen: EUR 25 per bed per stay - Single bed linen: EUR 20 per bed per stat - Towels: EUR 20 per person per stay. Please note that from mid-June to the end of August, check-in is available from 15:00 to 18:30, except on Sundays and French public holidays when it is from 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this time period, check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, except on Sundays or on French public holidays when guests must check themselves in via the key safe.
