A wifi nagyon gyenge, több készülékről használva teljesen lefagy. A TV gyenge minőségű, alig jön be rajta youtube pl, vagy a sima csatornák.. A hirdetésben nem volt egyértelműen jelezve, hogy ez a szállás 2 db apartmanból áll, így a szomszédjainkkal közösen osztozkodtunk a kerten, és mivel kutyabarát, így ez okozott némi kellemetlenséget. A víz ellátással is voltak problémák, de amint jeleztük, megoldódott, illetve ezek időszakosan jelentkeztek.

We liked the location, it was easily accessible by car, close to San Gimignano, easy parking near the house. The views are gorgeous, nice garden, quiet area. Communication with the host was good and the check-in/out process was smooth. The host offered a bottle of water, pasta and pasta sauce, which was a very nice touch (even though we didn't use it).

The bed was very uncomfortable, it was very hard, making creaking sounds at every move. The duvet was outdated, heavy and had a strange smell. The air in the house, especially in the bedroom was quite unpleasant. It was stale, damp air combined with old furniture smell. The sofa in the living room looked old, worn down, the sitting pillows were sliding away while sitting on it, making it uninviting and uncomfortable. The central heating was preset to maximum 20 degrees, so we couldn't have a higher temperature in the rooms. In the night when we arrived, there was no running water, but after contacting the owner, the issue was solved soon. After a few days, we ran out of water again, while taking a shower, and it came back after 10 minutes. I understand that things like this can happen, I guess we were a bit unfortunate... *We would have appreciated some tea, and more shower gel and coffee (not just for one use only).

Every time I say "I'm back home"

Great location, not far from San Gimignano (5min by car). The outside and inside of the apartment is exquisitely designed in the traditional tuscan style. Very romantic, peaceful, cozy and clean. Simply perfect! Amazing view from the garden where you can relax. We stayed in Le Rondini apartment which has the living room separated from the main apartment, but it was a pleasant stay anyway! The kitchen is fully furnished and you also get a welcome basket with a box of pasta, sauce, onion and garlic for a "first aid meal". We didn't manage to meet our host Marco, but he was very responsive via messages/mail and friendly. You also get a book filled with itinerary ideas to get around the region and culinary recommendations for a better experience of your stay.

Maybe some kitchen utensils could be a bit better or cleaner, but really these are small problems that can be improved.

Marco is an incredible host, the location has a magnificient view on San Giminagio We would always book again and also our two dogs loved the beautiful garden which was 99% fenced Grazie mille
