Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Castello Di Fulignano. A perfect base to explore the region from.

Beautifully furnished, cosy apartment with stunning views. Meticulously clean. Amazing check in experience and ongoing support from Serena. Magical corner of the world! We LOVED our stay here.

The winding dirt roads to access the apartment were tricky, particularly to start with. The apartment was a bit further out of town, and from San Gimignano, than we had anticipated , but that was probably because we drove much slower than locals do. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable driving winding country roads but I would absolutely recommend it to everyone else, the place was a dream!

Wir waren zwei Paare und hatten die Wohnung Ranuccio. Von dieser hat man einen sehr schönen Blick in alle Richtungen. Die Ferienanlage ist auf einem Hügel gelegen und bietet einen perfekten Rundumblick und einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Wichtige Reiseziele in der Umgebung (Siena, San Gimigiano, Volterra und Chianti) sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder und eine Spülmaschine, war sehr groß und war auch sonst gut ausgestattet (z.B Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine ist vorhanden). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von Serena, der guten Seele des Hauses wurden wir sehr gut mit Informationen versorgt. Sie war auch bei der Terminreservierung im am Haus liegenden Restaurant behilflich. Das Essen dort ist sehr zu empfehlen, das Steak war hervorragend. Der Pool war superschön. Liegen waren immer vorhanden. Zum Haus gehört auch ein großer Freisitz, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Für uns war das ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Die Anfahrt ist unkompliziert, führt aber zum Teil über eine unbefestigte Straße. Ist aber außer für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge kein Problem.

Mieliśmy wynajęty apartament na 2 tygodnie. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie sprzęty. 2 łazienki, 2 pokoje. Salon. Piękne widoki z każdego okna. Duży basen w każdej chwili do użytku gości. Restauracja na miejscu, bardzo smaczne dania. Teren ogrodzony z parkingiem. Patio z parasolami i stołami. Bardzo pomocna Serena mówiąca dobrze po angielsku. Cudne miejsce na wypoczynek w ciszy i jako baza wypadowa na Toskanię.

An absolute gem whilst staying in Tuscany. Highly recommended.

The property is the perfect Tuscany get away. The location, views, garden, facilities - just wonderful. Amazing swimming pool with lots of pool beds and umbrellas even though the water was cold. The hosts were so helpful. We were met by Maria and shown into our apartment. She was lovely and really thorough in explaining everything. Next we me Selena and found her to be the same. They were available for any issues we may encounter. Thank you both.

Wish our apartment had a balcony - my fault as I overlooked that point when booking. Wasn't an issue going downstairs to sit on the terrace though. Only issue was the road into and out of the area if you could call it a road. A bit daunting for someone from Australia who is driving on the opposite side of the road to home. If the grasses on the side of the road were cut back by the local council it would make for easier sighting of other cars. This complaint is for the area though not the actual property.
