"Excellent location, quiet oasis"

Fantastic location in the centre of San Gimignano. Appartament is clean & comfortable with most amenities and has a beautiful private garden

mosquitos, unfortunately part and parcel of holidaying in Italy so did not get to enjoy the garden. Stayed for 7 days, would have been nice to have a change of towels

"Superb"

The house is amazing. Confortable bed, two very good bathrooms and a cozy garden. I strongly recomend the place.

I suggest the owners put soap and shampoo support in the showers.Also, the sofa in the living room was broken. Besides that, the house is amazing ;)

Amazing location, beautiful garden with stunning view! Wish the weather had been better to make use of the outdoor furniture. Inside was clean and lovely decor, great to have two bathrooms!

"A beautiful apartment in the middle of San Gimignano"

The accommodation is super beautiful. We went in December but can imagine having this accommodation in summer having a BBQ in the private terrace. The place is bang in the middle of San Gimignano so it is easy to get around. All appliances and cutlery were the latest. I would definitely book the accommodation again, if I have to visit San Gimignano.

To enter the accommodation you need to go down a couple of stairs. It was a bit difficult, but manageable, with two kids and a stroller (but easy for others). We went in December and the place was extra cold. However, there were three ACs which helped a lot but a bigger AC would have helped.

Location was minutes' walk from the city centre and the unexpectedly large, sunken and very private garden an absolute treat. Having two bathrooms worked perfectly.

There was no place to comfortably sit and relax if, for example, it rained or was scorching hot. There was a settee in the vaulted dining room but the room lacked natural light and was damp. It might be an idea to attach the TV to the wall in the kitchen diner, remove the cabinet on which it is currently resting, and put a comfortable 2 seater sofa there instead.
