The Best View San Gimignano Apartments

The view of Gimignano is fantastic! It was really close to a cooking class we took so we booked last minute.

We had some problem with hot water but the owner said it is fixed. She was quick to respond. The table pictured on the terrace is not to be used because other guests have left food on it and it attracted animals she said. We rolled toward the middle of the bed.

Lovely place with a nice view. Good location to visit San Gimignano. Easy access and it was great to have parking.

No windows in the apartment. A bit gloomy because of lack of windows. Kitchen not big enough to do cooking.

The view back to San Gimignano is lovely and you can park at the sight close to your apartment for free.

The apartment is further than advertised from San Gimignano. We walk a lot but it is too far to walk in for a meal, we needed to drive. The kitchenette is very small and difficult to work in, kitchen drawers not clean. We could not get any hot water in the kitchen to do dishes so had to boil the jug. The shower is not stable and goes hot and cold for no reason and like the kitchen needs refurbishing. The apartment is advertised with Air Con but it is so loud ( like a jet plane ) that you cannot have it on during the night when you are sleeping. It is also very inefficient as it is a mobile machine and you practically have to sit on it to feel cool. The bed is comfortable but everytime you move it squeaks loudly which is very annoying in the night. I think the owners of this property need to stay in it for a few days in the middle of summer, using all the facilities to experience it. No one greeted us so it was impersonal and all communications through WhatsApp as requested by them. There is a sign on the inside of the door that states, please don't sit outside in your bathing suits or eat outside at the table yet they advertise an outside table and chairs with the view looking back towards San Gimignano. We would not return to this property.

Wonderful and quiet location, good view, easy parking and very responsive host. Elena was very helpful with checkin and any time we needed to contact her. The kitchen had basic supplies and a coffee machine. We really enjoyed our stay.

The mattress was quite soft and hot water in the kitchen sometimes went lukewarm, making it hard to wash up. Some of the kitchen utensils need replacing and the kitchen was quite small, with very little bench space
