The washing machine and outside terrace .location

No gas for pit ot BBQ. And then being told where it was and I could install myself!! Traffic noise. The threat of a fine if we were late checking out. The difficult to use TV. No oil for cooking. The confusion re the bicycle codes. They said do one thing and wan5ed to respond in a different way

I loved the elegantly efficient use of limited space and the location was stellar. The hosts provided lots of cozy little touches to make guests feel comfortable. I enjoyed people watching from the secluded front porch. I hope to return soon for another stay in this little oasis!

Not much! I stayed in the little studio, which might be somewhat cramped for some couples, but as I was on my own it wasn't an issue.

"Very nice place within walking distance to downtown"

The property is very cozy, clean and has everything you could possibly need. It has a nice big deck with views of the hills. It's also within walking distance to every place we were planning on going which is why we chose it. The owners are really nice people.

The immediate area where it's located is mixed use and a bit less manicured but it didn't really matter because the property itself is very adorable and quaint. We came to Santa Barbara to attend a wedding and various wedding-related events and each one of those events were within walking distance so that was really great, especially since we didn't want to drink and drive or have to take Uber.

Our second stay. Even easier to navigate, like coming home to a second home. Everything we needed. Still young enough to navigate narrow stair for the upstairs apartment.

If you like Tempur-Pedic style beds you'll be fine. If you are used to firm spring style beds you'll need not stay in bed for long period, for many days......

Good location in Santa Barbara. We had the upstairs apartment, which was nicely designed and cozy. We were half way on a driving holiday so was great to be able to use the washing machine and dryer. Balcony looked nice, although we didn't use it much.

Probably a bit over priced compared to other places we stayed on our trip.
