People/ concierge come in your appartment without your permission when you are not there. 😡

Nothing of this property. This was our worse nightmare to finish our vacation

This was a terrible experience. This property is not worth being on the list of booking.com for rent. Arriving at the property and opening the door, the smell that even saluted us was smelly old, muffy stuff. AC in the living room was not working, some lights were not working either, the internet was not working, other lights were too dim and dark, the whole apartment is located with the view straight into a building in construction, which permits no light in the rooms. The furniture is old and all dark.

Location

The apartment was dirty, even the bathroom had a used bandaid of someone, and full of hair. The owner said he would send someone to clean, and nobody arrived. Also, we didn’t have water most of our stay and had to find places to shower. The owner never answered us, neither to find a solution or to give us a refund of the money for us to find another place. Overall, it was a bad experience and would like a price reduction or refund.
