Sehr schöne Lage, etwas Straßenlärm. Gute Ausstattung aus den Siebzigern mit nützlichen Nachbesserungen

Umfeld sanierungsbedürftig, Vermittlung des Quartiers trotz freundlicher Bemühungen nicht ganz einfach. Durch Südlage und verschlossene Fenster dauerte bis in den späteren Abend, bis Quartier wieder ausreichend ausgekühlt war

Perfect apartments!

Serene location. It's the best view of the hills with Sasbachwalden in the background. Very good kitchenette.

The check in process was a bit confusing in the beginning where you have to take the key out of a locker on the ground floor. All instructions were received via WhatsApp. Do keep in mind there are no convenience stores around for a few kms.. The small room adjoining the kitchen wherenyou have the extra beds for the 3rd and 4tu occupant is a bit stuffy.

The view.

It was crazy cold inside the appartment, although the heating system worked. Perhaps they turned it on a few hours prior to my arrival othere might be no isolation at all The little bedroom room does not have a heating system, so I had to sleep on the floor in the living room. So, during the wintertime, in total the accomodation has 2 places, instead of 4. I spent around 60 minutes with the owner to explain him the situation. Finnaly I lost another hour to move into another hotel. So the begining of staying in this lovely village was a disaster. The very good part in all this is that the owner offered me another accomodation. Appart from temperature inside, everything inside is ok, just like in the photos, no scam on this. In the summertime, the accomodation must be really lovely, but in the winter time is cold. I also took some pictures with the inside degrees.

Stunning views from bed and balcony. Very comfortable accommodation with nice facilities. Overall highly recommended and very good value. Remember, to get the best vista you have to think high, and this attic apartment is high. It is only a few KMs from t he 500 route the fantastic Black Forest drive.

The stairs! There are lots of them, but once you saw the views they didn't matter so much.

No airco and fans (was especially uncomfortable as the day was warm), children’s room was very small, and bathroom was ok, no elevator
