Lovely location in a pittoresk town

It is a nice apartment in the lovely place. A buitifull landscape can be seen from the living room.

We were a group of 5 friends and the appartement was suitable to our needs. We were able to cook, sleep and travel easily since the appartement is located in the centre and near to the main skilift and acres ski. The apartment was also warm and stocked with all required utensils. Definitely recommend the place if you are looking for a comfortable stay on a budget.

Excellent location close to restaurants and ski lift. Very warm and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Would definitely stay here again if in Sauze d oulx. Highly recommend.

Nothing

Almost everything. Location is ideal, right in the heart of the old town. A 1 minute walk to the bakers and Carrefour and only 7 minute's walk to the lift. Bed very comfortable. The apartment is easily big enough for 2 (maybe a family of 3) with a lounge area and big dining table. Good sized bathroom with washing machine available. If using google maps do not search for Eydappartamenti. It will take you to the wrong street. Stefano had to guide us in on a video call, hilarious! If you enter the shop below the apartment "L'Argurensie Di Demichelis Daniela" It works!

Not much. Some tips for others but nothing to knock my review off 10/10: The kitchen is lovely but adequately, rather than fully, equipped with utensils, pan lids, mugs etc. No bother as the village restaurants are a must do. The description states there is an oven - there isn't, other than a microwave with a weak grill. Again not an issue but worth noting if you shop for food in Oulx before arrival. Parking for our small car was 200m away. As others have said, one can hear others in the apartments above coming and going.

A small apartment, but very clean. Well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary. Beautiful view from the living room window. Quiet neighborhood, parking available. Everything you need within easy reach. Easy communication with the host.

There wasn't a big problem, but if there had been a microwave oven life would be easier. :) The access to the apartment is a bit complicated (with ski boots), as there is a steep "slope".

Perfect central location in Sauze, so close to both Clotes and Sportinia Lifts, as well as all the bars and restaurants. Warm and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a spacious ski locker. Stefano and his family were lovely, they really went above and beyond, allowing us to check in straight away after an early flight. Stefano was always on hand to answer any questions we had or offer recommendations.

Nothing, it was 10/10!

Cosy and warm property with all the amenities you would need for a week away. Close to the town centre. Shower was excellent, as was the little kitchen. The designated car parking space was very close making unloading and loading luggage easy.

Only minor issues to be honest: The property wasn’t exactly where we thought, one road different on the map, not a huge drama but it made for an interesting arrival process. Perhaps the address is misleading. The roof in the upstairs (mezzanine) bedroom is very low. Couldn’t locate the remote control for the TV.
