Nothing.very very poor. Lots of noise all night. And early morning. Doors banging constantly. Rubbish dumped outside the lift. Really disgusting place. Apartment was Very very cold. No hot water in the kitchen. Tiny rubbish radiatirs that did not hear the rooms. Dirty mattress protectora and duvet covers were filthy and disgusting. No beds made. Not enough sheets or towels provided. No kettle. Location was close to lift but car Park was a long walk when you have to carry luggsge in the snow.

La atención del personal en el check-in y en el check-out. Apartamento amplio, con cocina y menaje y algunos de los muebles nuevos, y muchos radiadores para estar calentito. TV gigante.

El apartamento ha sido reformado y le faltan algunos detalles por terminar (puertas sin pintar, algún pomo suelto, falta una repisa de un lavabo del baño - aunque tiene dos, algo que es bueno, falta luz en el baño y en general en todo el apartamento...). Falta de higiene en los colchones y la cortina de la habitación no cubría bien y estaba a medio caer, así que entraba la luz de la calle y al amanecer. Y a esto hay que añadir el ruido del frigo, que es excesivo y no hay separación con la habitación y el salón con cocina americana. No funcionaba Internet. La plaza de aparcamiento (opcional que elegí) no está en el mismo edificio y un poco lejos, sobre todo nevando.

Localización muy buena cerca de la estación de esquí apartamento muy cómodo e bonito estuvimos en 4 amigos e lo pasamos muy bien el chico de la recepción muy amable nos acompañó hasta el apartamento

We reserved this apartment the same day of our arrival in Sierra Nevada. We checked the photos, but we didn’t understand upfront why the photos look good but the booking.com rating is quite low compared to how it looks

After booking we received a confirmation email in Spanish, not our language. From this email we understood this following times and amount for late check in: 21:00h hasta 22:30h: 15€. 22:35h hasta: 01:00: 30€. 01:05h hasta las 03:00h: 50€. We decided to arrive for 30 eur extra late because we had a late dinner. The small information how we have to apply for late checking was so unclear in Spanish we didn’t get that. When arriving at the hotel we called the phone number on the door. Someone picked up and was really unfriendly. Rude saying we cannot sleep there and that we have to call Booking.com this was not his problem. Call disconnected, it was -10 degrees outside and no other hotel available in town. We slept in a parking garage on a bench. We never experienced such a rude treatment. We understand why rating is low, host is extremely unfriendly and unfair. Booking contacted the hotel but they refused to give my money back so I paid for nothing.

Location

The first big issue it was that we weren’t given the apartment we’ve rent, the bedrooms weren’t made, there wasn’t toilet paper, there wasn’t enough kitchen utensils for everyone, from broken doors to chairs we couldn’t count the amount of things broken in the house. We understand the need to make money but services is the minimum to make a good stay. For sure, super expensive for an horrible experience.
