A short walk after getting off the ferry Ideal for overnight stay before traveling home and Stathis who owns the property was very helpful and friendly

Forget all the previous reviews all of the apartments and studios have been full refurbished to a very high standard. Combined microwave and oven, 2 burner stove,fridge freezer and even a washing machine in the bigger apartment. New double glazing and air conditioning means complete silence for sleeping if you’re a light sleeper. we didn’t mind a little bit of hubbub noise and had the doors open. It’s all restaurants below so no load music, just people on holiday. Sunbeds came on our last night, very good quality, super comfortable. Already booked for next year. The hosts really can’t do enough for you and it’s always happy hour in the bar for guests, which was nice. The view is great to watch the boats and ideal for getting out in the town.

Location, location, location. Literally in the centre of the old Port. Smart new decor and bathroom. All mod cons with aircon and some basic cooking facilities thrown in. We were on the back of the property facing the Town rather than the Port and it was a lot quieter than I expected given the lively nightlife only metres away!

Not dislikes, just some notes to make things easier. It appears to be very new to the market and there are no signs over/on the door. The restaurant next door hadn't heard of it. Neither had the taxi drivers, but I'm sure that will change as the season progresses. Make sure you make contact with the owner on arrival in Skiathos to get directions and get the keys. We had a studio on the back (town side) of the property which was very quiet late at night and early morning. Oh, steep stairs for the elderly/infirm might present a challenge, but it's a lovely makeover of an existing traditional building with all that comes with it. Would we go back? Yes we would!
