Apartmány v Chalupe

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, stovetop, etc.). The host sent us detailed instructions for parking and check-in.

Lighting in the room could be improved. The toilet is placed a bit low for grown-ups.

Great location, wonderful views, comfortable and cozy place. Amazing building structure, cute small backyard.

The parking spot seems a bit uncomforting at first, but it is ok, especially if there are other cars there too.

Located in a historic building in the quaint historic centre of Stara Lesna, the apartment is very cosy and nicely decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a small enclosed garden with a roofed terrace and grill. The host is very friendly, he helped us plan our hike in the Tatras. There is free public parking on a small street next to the apartment. A local supermarket is a 5-min walk away and opens at 6:30 a.m. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and Stara Lesna train station is within a walking distance.

When we arrived on a Saturday, there was a concert in a public space right in front of the building, which was noisy. The wi-fi connection is good in the kitchen but patchy in the bedroom. Probably, due to the thick walls of the historic building.

parking was on a nearby road. Wasn’t the worst, but took me a while to figure out. I would appreciate some blinds on the roof windows, but if you’re there to hike, it is good to wake up early.

No phone reception, no internet

Cozy and clean apartment. Close to Rissi mountains. Quiet place to stay.

Cleaning was not included in the price and the dirty plates and pots I left were not appreciated by the owner.

Lovely place in middle of the Stara Lesna. I stayed for one night only as I was on my moto trip. Coming a bit late, the host was super nice explaining everything by phone as well as msg to my booking.com chat. He also allowed me to park my motocycle safly in the yard (behind the lock gate). Day after I left I just noticed I forgot me iWatch in apartment. I went to booking chat and the host already sent me message that I left the iWatch at the apartment. Day after he willingly sent it to my home address by post. Super nice experience!!! Full recommedation!!
