Nice and clean apartment. Very good communication. Bakery and supermarket very close. Free parking.

A bar downstairs... I was in the apartment only one night and it was Friday, so maybe it's different other days. But I strongly felt a smoke and heard everything from there, so I couldn't fall asleep, which was really bad since I had an important work from early morning next day. That bar spoiled the good impression of my stay.
