Lo mejor la ubicación.

La cama es de 1,90cm y para personas altas es pequeña. Y el olor de los desagües es horrible, huele a podrido y se esparce el olor del baño por todo el piso.

La cercanía a los supermercados,bares,playa...

Al ser un bajo,si abres la ventana para iluminar el apartamento,era incomodo,porque la gente que pasaba por la calle te veía.
