Apartamentul are potențial, el a fost foarte ok gândit, dar nu a fost fost întreținut, sau nu a mai fost întreținut. Patul din dormitor foarte confortabil, livingul spațios și drăguț la prima impresie.

Așa cum am menționat, întreținerea mobilei lasă de dorit, canapeaua din sufragerie foarte inconfortabilă, greu de dormit în ea, mobila din baie stricată de la aburi probabil, ușa de la dormitor scoasă din balamale, hota care baga aburul tot în casă, sunt câteva aspecte care ar trebui să fie remediate. Apartamentul probabil că este ok, dacă mergi un cuplu, și să nu te intereseze toate cele menționate, dar la noi nu a fost cazul, pentru că am mers în familie și cu un bebeluș, și am fi dorit altfel de condiții
