The friendly hosts that met us at the door and showed us in. The nice comfy room and beds with the very nice view over the mountains. The house is very close to the little town of Unterammergau and only about 4 kilometers from Oberammergau. Although they don't provide breakfast we can certainly promote the Aurhammer Backerei which provides the most amazing local cuisine. Absolutely fabulous and at a very good price!

If you are tall, then the bathroom may be a bit of a problem as the roof is slanting to one side. But one can work around it.
