This property is a self-check-in, and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Estaba súper limpio y cuidaron cada detalle para sentirnos cómodos, fuimos con nuestra hija de 4 años y le pusieron unas chuches, estuvo muy bien el detalle..la ubicación y la tranquilidad eran increíbles. Todo de 10.

"Ok for explorers - ok for the money."

The view from the balcony, the flowers and fruits, the stars, the pool. The owners (?) and the dogs living downstairs. You can quickly cool the apartament and let in fresh air by opening windows on the opposite sides. There's a bus stop next to it. Overall we've liked it but we have a lot of comments sadly. There's was a washing machine. Fast WiFi. Good location for exploring, but there's nothing nearby. Be prepared either to cook or to drive.

There's are two roads next to it, and while one is rather quiet, the second is main road to Los Canarios. It gets quiet at some time in the night, but IMHO forget about opening the windows from the enterance side as you will hear the cars to ~24:00 and then in the morning. The property was fully booked (4 apt) and there are 3 small parking spaces, so you will park on the street somewhere. The mattress was too soft for us, and the whole bed makes too much noise. Kitchen isn't equipped well enough (no bread knife for example). Not enough smaller mugs, while a lot of biggggg ones. There are no doors to the second bedroom at all. There's tv in the hall way! Literally next to bathroom. Why!? Why!?

La tranquilidad y la vistas del sitio, el poder tener a mi hijo tranquilo por la zona y en la piscina. Los dueños muy amables. Sin grandes lujos, pero cómodo.

No fiarse de Google Maps que te manda por la desviación de mazo cdo pasas Lodero y hay que seguir un poco más alante. El sofá algo incómodo para mí, pero mi hijo durmió alguna noche sin problema en él.
